Default Crystalline Sword

Are the prices going down or up in the long term?

I think purples and inscribables are going down while gold tyrians (oldschool) are going up. Is this true?

purples will always be "worthless" price-wise. gold "oldschool" skins will have a relatively higher price due to the rarity of them being 15^50 max and req 9.

in the long term i would assume prices will go down due to more of the items spawning as drops from aggro/chests/HA/ect.

All prices will eventually fall......

People will realize just how ugly Crystallines are... and they will not pay 100k+XXXE for a good one.

They would have realized it long ago. Anyway ugly or not, people just want it due to its rarity (and well, some people like the skin).

With that said, tyrian perfect versions (15^50, 15 stance etc) will still maintain, if not increase in price. Unless, the economy goes down as a whole.

Long term, I say prices go down, simply because the rate of Crystalines isn't really budging, but the rate of wealthy players willing to shell out big bucks are, face it, going down.

The reason it doesn't seem to be going down is because ectos are getting pretty darn cheap, and let's face it, Crystalines aren't going down in price quickly by any sense of the word. Just my 2g, though.

inscribable crystallines, yeah value will decrease
Oldschool, value imo i think will stay same, or go up as they become less common
purple non-inscr, will go down, because unlike their gold varient, they still drop
purple inscr, unless re-added ingame, values will go up more, because they only dropped during sneakpeak weekend. Very rare to find too.
